When we first arrived here we were not impressed. It seemed to take a while to get the attention of the servers. However, our first impressions could not be more wrong. The staff were super friendly and professional. The food was excellent and the set menu was easy to navigate. Thank you Carluccio’s. The restaurant is not too busy before 5pm, after that it starts to get busier. It is very clean and a nice atmosphere. I’m glad this restaurant still exists in South Ken.

We were very impressed with this service this evening considering the restaurant was full and they were understaffed. Our food was delivered fast and service received with a smile. Special thanks to the manager , our waiter Fabrizio, and all the kitchen staff who have coped with those circumstances and delivered exceptional service. We highly recommend and will Come BACK again soon.

We had an amazing breakfast today around 11:30 Am. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even better. A special thanks to Ardita for her warm and attentive care—she truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Lively atmosphere and attentive service all good. Mushroom soup was exceptional and recommended by a regular customer on the next table Signature pasta dish photographed was good but not amazing and according to our new friend has had pride of place ever since carluccios opened! She also commented that her ravioli had an excess of sage seasoning We finished with substandard cannoli which tasted as though kept in the fridge for weeks

We were very impressed this evening by the care shown to my friends and I when visiting after a very poor experience at another branch last year. The food was really excellent and we didn't feel rushed whatsoever. All the team were kind and the management team seemed equally engaged with customers and their own team. Great Pinsa and the Antipasti board was really lovely. A lovely experience all around xx

One of the best places I have ever been. Me and a few friends came here for a birthday lunch and it was amazing. The server whose name I unfortunately did not get was incredibly welcoming and was very insightful in all dishes and even recommended some that would be best suited to a group of our size. The servers were so nice that they offered to take group photos of us when they noticed they were struggling and checked up on us every so often. The food was also amazing with the server giving a full ingredient list to one of my friends with allergies to make sure everything was okay. Food came out in a reasonable time and it looked and tastes amazing. It was such a wonderful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Love it
